Amazon Prime Day 2021: Confirmed Dates, Great Deals, Save Big!
Amazon Prime Day Is Coming Soon! Mark Your Calendars!
The Amazon Prime Day event is less than a couple of weeks away, which means it's time to start planning what will be in your shopping cart. The two-day event, taking place this year on June 21 and 22, includes tens of thousands of deals across the entire catalog of products sold on this massive online store.
For the newbie, Amazon Prime Day offers many ways to shop. Lightning Deals on the homepage includes offers you can only take advantage of for a limited amount of time. Small business promos make it so you gain a $10 Amazon credit when you spend $10 with a small business through Amazon. And, of course, if you have an Alexa enabled gadget, you'll be able to take advantage of some exclusive deals by placing your order with your voice!
Speaking of Alexa: Amazon's own devices — Echo speakers and displays, Fire TV streamers, Eero mesh routers and so on — will be discounted heavily, many of them rivaling (possible beating?) Black Friday. We've gathered some predictions for Amazon device Prime Day pricing; be sure to check them out, especially if you were planning to buy one of those items. It would be a great idea to wait.
Alternatively, we've seen a few early deals emerge already. The Fitbit Sense was recently marked down to $240, the lowest price on record, while the Roku Ultra 2020 4K UHD streamer is still on sale for $69, which ties the lowest price we've seen during Black Friday 2020.
We also expect great pricing (or close to it) on things like Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones, Apple iPads and AirPods, Fitbit fitness bands, Instant Pot cookers, TVs, exercise gear and more.
Some advance planning can help you save even more. See below for some key Prime Day money-saving tips. And check Amazon's Prime Day page for updates directly from them.
When is Amazon Prime Day 2021?
Once again, it's a 48-hour event that runs as follows.
• Prime Day starts on Monday, June 21 at 12:01 a.m PT/3:01 a.m. ET.
• Prime Day ends on Tuesday, June 22 at 11:59 p.m. PT (Wed., June 23 at 2:59 a.m. ET) — but some deals often extend a few hours into the following morning, if not longer.
A batch of early discounts leading up to the main event are already live.
What's on sale during Amazon Prime Day 2021?
As always, anything and everything. But this is definitely the time of year to look for deep discounts on Amazon gear, including:
• Echo smart speakers and displays
• Fire TVs and Fire TV Sticks
• Fire tablets
• Kindle e-readers
• Ring solar panels
• Eero networking products
Will other stores will participate in Prime Day 2021?
This may be an Amazon event, but other stores will get in on the action. Expect Best Buy, Kohl's, Target, Walmart and other stores to have big sales of their own. Best Buy, for example, is likely to compete heavily on TV deals, while Target will likely leverage its RedCard credit card, which can save you an extra 5% on most purchases.
How do I save more during Prime Day 2021?
I highly recommend that you sign up for an Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Signature Card. It's a no-annual-fee card, so there's no cost to get it. Once you're approved, you'll immediately receive a $100 Amazon gift card, and then get 5% cash back on most Amazon purchases – including products that are on sale for Prime Day. Sometimes Amazon even bumps that cash back to 10% or even 15% on select items.
Currently, you can also get 15% back on various Kasa smart home products, and 10% back on the Amazfit Band 5 and more.
What Amazon Prime Day deals can I get right now?
At some point, an “early Prime Day deal” becomes a matter of semantics. For example, Amazon is pitching its discounted Fire TV models as early Prime Day deals, but I can assure you, there are deals to be had all day every day.

SOME DEALS ARE STILL UNKNOWN!
You can always find sales, but Prime Day is definitely a unique event. Prime Day deals will include a massive selection of products, but the window of opportunity can be brief. You can always rely on a selection of Prime Day offerings, and that's what I've put together here.
The biggest 2021 Prime Day deals are still unknown to us, but I've done my best to assemble some expected deals based on past Prime Days. Having said that, the biggest deals tend to be on Amazon's own devices: If it hears you when you say “Alexa” out loud, allow you read books wherever you are or gives you the ability to collect your favorite streaming services for your TV, you can best believe it'll be offered at a great price during this event.
Three things to note about the list below:
• We're highlighting the expected prices, which aren't guaranteed.
• These prices come from an extensive amount of research, both from previous Prime Day events and other Amazon deals.
• Our research was conducted by using tools like Camelcamelcamel, which highlights the price history for just about everything.
This list isn't all-inclusive but We'll be expanding it in the near future.

CONCLUSION
In closing, Amazon Prime Day 2021 will be a great event in which to save you tons of money! We expect that this may be one of the best Prime Days on record! Make sure to take advantage of the many, many sales at this event. Happy shopping!
