There is so much more to affiliate marketing than that, but because this is an article for absolute beginners, I will keep it very simple!
To get started as a complete beginner, you can go to a website like Clickbank and get your affiliate link and start promoting.
You don't even need a website for this method, but you shouldn't just get your link and send it out to everyone. There is a strategy you must use in order to be successful with affiliate marketing.
If you have any funds to invest in your business, you can get traffic much quicker by purchasing ads!

Affiliate marketing is one of the top successful online businesses and it can be very lucrative if it’s done correctly.
It does require some work, dedication, focus, determination, and skills if you want to be very successful at it. My number one piece of advice when starting an affiliate marketing online business is very simple – DON’T QUIT!
